Is 'órale' the most useful word in Mexico?

Honestly, I hear 'órale' everywhere. It means so many things! Like 'wow' or 'come on' or 'okay'. It's pretty crazy. Is there any other word that does so much heavy lifting? I feel like I'm just starting to get it.
