CDMX apartments: Noise level in different neighborhoods?
I'm looking for an apartment in Mexico City. Noise is a big factor for me. Some areas seem really busy. Are there neighborhoods known for being quieter? Any tips for checking noise before renting?
That's good advice! Roma Norte and Condesa are indeed lively. I'll try looking on those smaller streets. Good tip about checking on a Saturday. I'll do that.
Good point about the neighbors. I'll definitely ask around. And yeah, a Saturday seems like the best time to get a real feel for it. Thanks!
Yeah, the inner streets are key in those areas. It's like finding a hidden quiet spot. Saturday is definitely the best for the vibe check. You'll get a much better sense of things then.
Oh, that's a great tip from @cuatesin3! I totally agree. Inner streets in Roma Norte and Condesa can be surprisingly quiet. And yes, checking on a Saturday afternoon is smart. You really get a feel for the noise then.
¡Jaja, sí, el ruido es un rollo! Lo de las calles internas suena prometedor. A ver si encuentro ese rinconcito tranquilo. Gracias por el consejo.
Yeah, that Saturday tip from @cuatesin3 is gold. Totally makes sense for checking out the vibe. Finding those quieter, inner streets sounds like the best strategy. Hope you find a good spot!
