¿El mole poblano es más dulce o más picante?
I love trying regional dishes here. Mole poblano is amazing but I get confused sometimes. Is it supposed to be sweet like some I've tried? Or more spicy like others? Honestly, I can't tell the difference sometimes, jaja.
