Hola a todos. Llevo ya un tiempo en Mérida y me encanta, de verdad. Pero a veces me doy cuenta que extraño ciertas expresiones de Cuba. No es malo, solo diferente. ¿A ustedes les pasa con su español?

Oh, totally! I'm from the UK but live here in Guadalajara. Even though I'm not from Cuba, I notice how different regional accents and slang can be. It's fascinating how much variety there is in Spanish!
So true! It's amazing how many ways people say things. Even here in Tijuana, you hear differences from other parts of Mexico. So interesting!
