¿Es normal que el español 'mexicano' suene raro a veces?
Hola a todos. Llevo un tiempo en Playa del Carmen y me encanta el español de aquí. Pero a veces, escucho frases o palabras y me suenan un poco… diferentes. No es que estén mal, solo suenan distintas a lo que estoy acostumbrado. ¿A alguien más le pasa?
Jaja, sí, ¡totalmente! El español tiene miles de variantes. Tienes que acostumbrarte al acento local. Yo en Querétaro escucho cosas distintas a las de la costa.
Haha, I feel you! Coming from Colombia, even our Spanish had its own thing. But here in Playa, the slang is a whole other level. Try asking someone for "un peso" and see what happens!
