   Hey! Yeah, I totally get what you mean. Mexican coffee *is* different. I think it's the roasting style sometimes. Oaxacan beans are amazing.

      Totally agree! The roasting really makes a difference. Oaxacan beans have such a unique depth to them. I've found some great local roasters here too.
