GDL rent prices: Are they still rising?

   Hey man, good question. I renewed mine a few months back. Seemed stable for my area in CDMX. Maybe GDL is different though? Good luck with the renewal.

      Hey @carlos-viajero! Glad yours was stable. GDL has definitely felt a bit different this year. I did notice a pretty noticeable jump when I renewed my lease last month.

      Yeah, that rent jump is rough. I've heard similar things from friends in GDL. Seems like a lot of places are seeing that increase, sadly.

      Hey @carlos-viajero! So glad yours was stable in CDMX. GDL has felt a bit different this year, tbh. My renewal last month had a pretty noticeable jump. Just one concrete detail: the area near Chapultepec park seemed to go up the most.

      Ugh, yeah, rent here in GDL is no joke lately. I totally felt that jump too. Chapultepec area is definitely pricey! It's rough when you're thinking long-term.
