¿Por qué los perros son tan bienvenidos en Mérida?
Hola a todos. Llevo unos meses en Mérida y me encanta. Algo que me llama la atención es cuántos perros andan por la calle. A veces van solos, a veces con sus dueños. ¿Es normal aquí o solo me pasa a mí? Me da curiosidad, pero no sé si preguntar.
