Retiring in Mexico: Quiet lakeside towns and healthcare

I'm thinking about retiring here in Mexico. I really want a peaceful life. Maybe near a lake. Does anyone have experience with lakeside towns? What's the cost of healthcare like for retirees? Trying to plan things out.
