RFC for a small side hustle? Need advice

Hey everyone. I'm a Canadian remote worker here in Guadalajara. I have my main job, but I've also started doing a little freelance design on the side. It's not much money yet. Do I really need an RFC for this small income? Tbh, the whole SAT thing feels pretty overwhelming.
