¿Por qué se usan tantos diminutivos en México?
Hola a todos. Llevo un tiempo viviendo aquí en Mérida y me encanta. He notado que usamos palabras como 'ahorita', 'cafecito', 'poquito'. ¿Es solo cosa mía o es súper común aquí? Me da curiosidad saber por qué se da tanto este uso.
Oh, definitely not just you! It's super common everywhere, not just Mérida. I think it's to sound more friendly and softer. Like making things sound a bit cuter or more urgent with 'ahorita', jaja.
