¿Soy la única que seartha con las palabras 'ahorita' y 'luego'?

I'm still trying to get my head around Mexican Spanish timing. 'Ahorita' can mean 'now' or 'later'. 'Luego' too. It's a journey, lol. My brain gets so confused sometimes. Am I the only one?
