Starting a small shop: Permits needed in Cancún?

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about opening a tiny shop here in Cancún. Like, maybe a small art space or a little boutique. Does anyone know what kind of permits I'll need for that? I'm a bit lost on the business side of things.

¡Hola! Qué chido lo del negocio. Para empezar, checa en el Ayuntamiento de Benito Juárez. A veces tienen una ventanilla única para negocios. Suerte con eso, suena muy padre tu idea.
