Starting a small shop: Permits needed in Cancún?

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about opening a tiny shop here in Cancún. Like, maybe a small art space or a little boutique. Does anyone know what kind of permits I'll need for that? I'm a bit lost on the business side of things.
