¿Por qué 'órale' y 'no manches' me suenan igual?

My Spanish is getting so much better! But I still get tripped up by slang. I hear 'órale' and 'no manches' used a lot. They both seem to mean surprise or disbelief? Maybe I'm wrong lol. Can someone explain the difference?
