¿Por qué 'órale' y 'no manches' me suenan igual?

My Spanish is getting so much better! But I still get tripped up by slang. I hear 'órale' and 'no manches' used a lot. They both seem to mean surprise or disbelief? Maybe I'm wrong lol. Can someone explain the difference?

¡Jaja, qué buena pregunta! Sí, a veces se parecen un montón. "Órale" lo usas más para sorpresa o para animar. "No manches" es más como "no way" o cuando algo te sorprende mucho, casi como incredulidad. Pero sí, hay overlap.

  ¡Exacto! Esa es la clave. "Órale" como ánimo o sorpresa ligera. "No manches" sí que se siente más de impacto, ¿verdad? Como cuando no te crees algo.
