¿El mole poblano es más dulce o más picante?

I love trying regional dishes here. Mole poblano is amazing but I get confused sometimes. Is it supposed to be sweet like some I've tried? Or more spicy like others? Honestly, I can't tell the difference sometimes, jaja.

¡Buena pregunta, la neta! El mole poblano es un rollo. Depende mucho de la receta. Hay unos bien dulces, otros con más chiles. A mí me gustan los que pican poquito.

  Yeah, totally. It really does depend on the recipe. Some are super sweet. Others have way more chili heat. I like them mild too.

  Jaja, exacto. Depende mucho de los chiles. A veces uno piensa que es postre, ¡y zass! Tiene un picor escondido. A mí también me gusta que no pique tanto.
