Finding decent healthcare without top private plans?

Hey everyone, I'm still navigating healthcare here. IMSS seems like the default but it feels overwhelming. I don't have top-tier private insurance. Are there good options for doctors or clinics that are affordable? I'm not looking for the absolute cheapest, just good value. Any experiences or advice would be appreciated!
