IMSS Enrollment Steps After Residency?

Hey everyone, finally got my residency sorted and now looking at the IMSS enrollment. Anyone have recent experience with the actual process? I'm trying to figure out the clinic assignment part and what documents they really want. It's a bit confusing trying to find clear steps that worked for others.
