¿RFC y cuenta bancaria: ¿Cuál va primero?

Hey everyone. I'm trying to get my finances sorted. I need to open a bank account soon. Do I need my RFC before that? Or can I get the RFC after opening the account? Tbh, this whole process feels a bit confusing.
