Constancia de Situación Fiscal — SAT website problems again?

Seriously, is anyone else having trouble downloading their Constancia de Situación Fiscal from the SAT site? It's been down for me all morning. My landlord wants it for the new lease and my client needs it for payment. This is getting ridiculous. Anyone know a trick or alternative way to get it when the site is like this?
