¿Alguien más usa apps para conocer gente?

Since moving to Oaxaca, I've been trying to meet new people. It's tough sometimes as a foreigner. I'm wondering if anyone else uses dating or friend-finding apps here. Do they work well in Mexico? Any recommendations?
