Citizenship by descent — anyone navigated Argentine/Mexican links?

Hola comunidad! I'm looking into Mexican citizenship through descent. My grandmother was born in Mexico. I'm Argentine, living near Lake Chapala. Has anyone else from Argentina or elsewhere done this? What was the process like?
