Hola a todos. Llevo ya un tiempo en Mérida y me encanta, de verdad. Pero a veces me doy cuenta que extraño ciertas expresiones de Cuba. No es malo, solo diferente. ¿A ustedes les pasa con su español?

Oh, totally! I'm from the UK but live here in Guadalajara. Even though I'm not from Cuba, I notice how different regional accents and slang can be. It's fascinating how much variety there is in Spanish!
OMG so true! Even here in Tijuana, you hear differences from other parts of Mexico. It's wild how many ways people say things, tbh. So interesting!

¡Jaja, sí! Es cierto, hasta para mí, que soy cubana, Mérida tiene sus sorpresas. A veces escucho algo y me quedo pensando, "¿cómo se dice eso en mi isla?". Es un mundo nuevo de palabras.
