Mole Poblano vs. Pasta: A Friendly Rivalry!

As an Italian woman, pasta is my love language. But living in Puebla, mole is everywhere! It's so delicious. I joke with my friends that mole might be Mexico's pasta. Do you think mole is like the Mexican version of a national pasta dish? Jaja!
