¡Me da curiosidad!
Hey! Yeah, I totally get what you mean. Mexican coffee *is* different. I think it's the roasting style sometimes. Oaxacan beans are amazing.
Totally! Oaxacan beans are indeed something else. It's so cool how different regions have their own vibe, even with something like coffee. Glad I'm not the only one noticing!
Totally agree! The roasting really makes a difference. Oaxacan beans have such a unique depth to them. I've found some great local roasters here too.
Yeah, local roasters are the best. They really know how to bring out that depth. It's awesome you're finding them. I'm still exploring CDMX roasters myself.
Oh nice! CDMX has some killer spots. Try Blend Station. Their single-origin stuff is unreal. It's so good.
¡Jaja, qué bueno! Playa del Carmen, nice! I'm in CDMX and finding my own little coffee gems. It's so cool how every city has its own flavor.
Right? Oaxacan beans are so good. It's cool how the roasting style makes such a big difference. I've been loving trying different local roasters here in CDMX too. They really know their stuff.
Jaja, right? Oaxacan beans are great. It's wild how each place makes it special. I've tried a few local spots here too. They all have their own little twist.
