¿Por qué tantos postres usan cajeta?

I love Mexican sweets. Cajeta is everywhere! It's like dulce de leche but different. Why is it so popular in so many desserts?

Jaja, that's a great question! Cajeta is awesome. It's basically caramelized goat's milk, which gives it that distinct flavor. Much of Mexico has a history with goats. It's super versatile, that's why you see it everywhere.

Totally! Goat's milk makes a big difference. It's got this deeper flavor than cow's milk caramel. Good point about the history with goats too. It really is everywhere!
