Remote job contracts - what to watch for?

Hi everyone! I'm starting to look for remote marketing jobs in Mexico. A lot of them are international companies hiring remotely. I'm wondering what to check for in the contract. Like, what are the common pitfalls with these remote employers?

¡Hola! Qué buena pregunta. Yo he visto que checan mucho que tu RFC esté en orden. A veces piden seguro médico privado aparte, ojo con eso.

¡Ay, gracias! Lo del RFC sí me da un poco de nervio. Y lo del seguro médico, ¡ni se diga! Estaba pensando que a lo mejor piden algo raro para impuestos. ¿Tú sabes algo de eso?

  Jaja, te entiendo perfecto. Lo del RFC es lo más común, y lo del seguro es importante. Por lo de impuestos, pregunta directo cómo lo manejan ellos. A veces dan un estipendio aparte, o ellos se encargan. Es bueno que estés prevenida.
