¿Sabes qué es el 'chile en nogada' y su historia?

Me encanta aprender sobre las tradiciones mexicanas. El chile en nogada me parece un platillo súper especial. ¿Alguien sabe cuándo se originó y por qué usa esos colores? Me da curiosidad su historia. Es mi primera vez en Puebla y quiero probarlo. ¡Gracias por la info!

Oh, chile en nogada is amazing! It's definitely a Puebla thing. They say it was created for Agustín de Iturbide. That's why it has the green, white, and red like the flag. You're going to love it!
