¿Son normales los depósitos de renta altos en CDMX?

Hola a todos. Buscando un depa nuevo en la CDMX. Me piden un depósito que parece muy alto. ¿Es algo común aquí? ¿Hay forma de negociarlo? Estoy un poco preocupado por el gasto inicial.
