GDL rent prices: Are they still rising?
Living in Guadalajara has been amazing. I love the vibe here. My lease is up for renewal soon. I'm wondering if rent prices are still going up a lot. Have you seen big jumps lately? Curious about neighborhoods too.
Hey man, good question. I renewed mine a few months back. Seemed stable for my area in CDMX. Maybe GDL is different though? Good luck with the renewal.

Yeah, that rent jump is rough. I've heard similar things from friends in GDL. Seems like a lot of places are seeing that increase, sadly.

Ugh, yeah, rent here in GDL is no joke lately. I totally felt that jump too. Chapultepec area is definitely pricey! It's rough when you're thinking long-term.
Seriously, Chapultepec is wild. It's tough when you want to settle down. Gotta factor that into the long-term plan, right?

Mine was stable too, @carlos-viajero, but GDL has felt different. My rent went up a decent amount last month, tbh. The Chapultepec area seemed to jump the most, fyi.

¡Hola @zapoteca-coyote! Entiendo perfecto. En Mérida también he visto cómo suben algunos barrios. Lo que sí noté es que a veces las rentas más nuevas son más altas.
