IMSS vs. Private Clinics for Health Issues?

Hey everyone. I'm still figuring out healthcare options here. IMSS seems like the most common route for residents. But it feels a bit overwhelming, tbh. Has anyone had strong opinions or experiences with both? Especially for non-emergency stuff.
